Tumbling

September 6, 10:15 a.m.  Executive Board Meeting prior to lunch at the Robb & Stucky Communiy Room, Altamonte Springs. Purposes: to set goals and the calendar, to establish the Responsibilities of the Officers.
 
September 6, 11 a.m.  Presidents' Potluck Luncheon at the Robb & Stucky Community Room, Altamonte Springs. Bring a dish to share and honor the NPC fraternity presidents. This is an excellent time to pay your dues for 2008-09 if you haven't already. Contact Amelia Warren.
 
 
October 7 and 9; 6-8 p.m. (includes set up and clean up time)  College Nights. Contact Gwyn Mercer to volunteer.
 
October 12, 2-5 p.m., Phi Mu Bowl-a-Thon for Children's Miracle Network at AMF Sky Lanes on S. Orange Blossom Trail. $20 per person includes 3 games, shoes, pizza, & beverages. Form your foursome and contact Nancy Hastings.
 
 
December 1 Dues due. Deadline for Membership Contest and Yearbook/Directory/Newsletter. Contact Amelia Warren with updated information.
 
December 4, 7 p.m. Christmas Program Fundraiser for Children's Miracle Network, sponsored by Phi Mu in partnership with the Ocoee High School Chorus and Band to be held at Ocoee High School. Bring a toy and monetary donation. Children welcome. Contact Barbara Brown.
 
 
January 31, 11 a.m.  Scholarship Luncheon honoring the four scholarship winners from UCF and Rollins to be held at the Zeta Tau Alpha House at UCF.  $20. Contact Amelia Warren.
 
 
March 2, Monday  International Badge Day. Wear your badge with pride.
 
 
April 15-19.  Executive Board Election primarily held online. Return to rotation. The NPC groups and individuals nominated must be current with dues.
 
 
May 2, 11 a.m.  30th Annual Spring Luncheon/Fashion Show/Installation of Officers, Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs, 350 N. Lake Blvd., Altamonte Springs. The Membership Award check will be presented. The Executive Board will be installed. Volunteer to model for Bijou Boutique.
 
Groups are asked to bring baskets/gifts for the drawings. One ticket is included in the luncheon price. Others ($1 each or 6 for $5) may be purchased at the event. Notify Alison Presley if you wish to model or have questions. Send $25 check made out to OAAPA to the treasurer, Amelia Warren, to purchase a ticket for this annual event on the first Saturday of May. Choose from 3 entrees: chicken (Marsala), beef (chef's choice), or veggie (pastry). Indicate if you prefer fresh fruit instead of chocolate mousse. The deadline is April 25th.
 
 

Member groups may announce events if they wish to invite other Panhellenic members.
